What Hongcheng is, and what we are not
Hongcheng is a phone case production partner. We are not a factory and we do not pretend to be one. We coordinate production across 100+ partner plants across Guangdong, and we take responsibility for what arrives.
This page covers who we are, how the business works, what we are good at, and — at some length — what we are not.
Why we set up this way
Most businesses in this space are either a factory that sells direct, or a trading company that resells catalogues. Both are useful. Neither fits a particular buyer: the small and mid-size seller who wants several products, at quantities below factory minimums, with someone accountable.
That buyer gets the worst of both from a factory — one minimum per model, no room for a fifth design — and from a casual trading company — no specification control, no inspection, and a margin with nothing behind it.
We built the middle version: hold the specification, coordinate several plants, inspect before shipment, consolidate into one delivery, and answer for the result. The trade is that you pay a margin for coordination you would otherwise have to do yourself.
What we do
Mixed-model ordering
Your order split across plants, so five designs can ship at small quantities instead of five separate minimums.
How it works →Light customisation
Colour, logo, material and packaging applied to existing tooling, without mould costs.
Options and costs →Specification management
One agreed document per model, given to every plant producing it.
How it is controlled →Pre-shipment inspection
At each plant, with photographs and video sent to you before goods leave.
The four stages →Consolidation
Goods from several plants combined into one shipment with one packing list.
What consolidation means →Several categories
Cases, screen protectors, earphone cases, watch bands, cables and chargers from one order.

Stated in the same place as the capabilities, because a list of things a supplier can do is not by itself information.
What a supplier cannot do, sitting next to what they can, is the only format that reads as honest. Burying it under "learn more" makes it look like there is something to hide.
- We do not own factories, and we will not present a partner's facility as ours.
- We do not hold tooling exclusivity on standard moulds — that requires your own mould.
- We do not provide your EU responsible person, or act as your importer.
- We do not obtain brand authorisations in your name.
- We do not give regulatory advice. We produce to your specification and follow your compliance instructions.
- We do not compete on unit price at high volume, and we will tell you when a factory direct order suits you better.
How we started
We have not written this for you, because the one thing a supplier should not do is describe your own origin with invented detail. A specific, slightly uncomfortable moment sells more than a timeline. Suggested shape: a particular customer, a particular problem, and the decision that followed. 150–200 words is enough. If you would rather not write it, delete this section rather than filling it with "committed to quality since 2017" — that weakens everything above it.
The team
For a business whose model is accountability, the people are the asset. You will be dealing with one of them, and you can call any of them.
Your core asset is people, not buildings — which is exactly the part a trading company is most reluctant to show, because it has no factory to photograph. Doing it anyway makes it a differentiator: none of the suppliers we benchmarked publish their team. Three to six people, name, role, and one line on what they handle. Stock photography of a smiling team destroys this section rather than helping it.
Where we are
| Legal name | Foshan Hongcheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. 佛山市弘诚电子科技有限公司 |
| Founded | 2017 |
| Registered office | [REGISTERED_ADDRESS] |
| Production network | Foshan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan and Jiangmen, across 100+ partner plants |
| Team size | [CONFIRM — your actual headcount] |
| Markets | Europe, Middle East, South America, Southeast Asia |
| Languages | English, Chinese |
| Certification | List only what you actually hold. If the answer is none, leave this row blank rather than implying one you do not have — buyers check. |
North America is not on this list, because it is not a market you have worked in. That is fine — but it means remove the row rather than adding the US to look broader. A markets row that overstates your reach is a small lie that a buyer can check in one message.
